Sad surprise to read of the passing of Dick, seems like yesterday meeting one of the the maintenance mechanics after starting at Union Water. What a great group of co-workers and Dick Waggott was one of the the one I never forgot after moving on to another plant. Honest, kind and respectful Dick was that and more, I was fortunate to spend 6 years working with Dick at Union Water, and celebrate his reaching retirement with the guys. ( Never forget that 'huge" gold wrench we gave him) Dick was a man of few words but, he did not need them his actions did the talking for him.
So sorry for your loss Florence and family, Thanks for sharing Dick with the rest of us.

Sharlene and I, (Bill Landry) had the privilege of getting to know Dick and Florence
through Dave and Donna Girard. Sharlene and I were very saddened to hear of Dick
Waggott's passing. He was a kind hearted friend who lived his life to the limits
of his health, and then some. Dick will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Sharlene and I wish to extend our deepest condolences to all family and friends.
