Passed away November 23, 2019 at the age of 89. Beloved husband to Florence (Hickmott) for 66 years. Loving father of John (Irene) of Kingsville, and Donna Girard (late David) of Windsor. Survived by brother Robert (late Donna) of Chatham. Predeceased by brother William (Louise) and sister Barbara Adams (Bernard) in 2015. Loving grandfather of Erin Salvati (Joe) of Amherstburg, and David Girard (Nicole) of Lasalle. Great grandfather of Jaxen, Brynlee, Brayten, Grant and Gage.
Richard retired from Union Water, after many years of service.
