Obituary for Sheila Hooton - Kingsville Celebration Centre
Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, at the age of 93 on February 20, 2024.
Predeceased by husband Eric Hooton (1987) and her partner George Vegh (2020).
Mother of Stephen Hooton and Gillian Dunmore (Perry). Grandmother of Crystal Hooton, Erin Dunmore, and Heather Dunmore.
Sheila was passionate about travel, animals, and reading. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Windsor Orchid Society.
Many thanks to the staff at Southgate Village in Kingsville for their exemplary care during the last few years.
Thanks to the staff at the Kingsville Library for supplying Sheila with countless books which she enjoyed immensely.
As per Sheila's wishes, cremation has taken place.
If so desired, donation in memory of Sheila may be made to Dying with Dignity Canada.
