After a short, but courageous battle with cancer, Lorenz Kfrerer passed away August 21, 2019 at Erie Shores Healthcare, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Katie (Geyer), with whom he enjoyed almost 58 years together. Devoted father of David (Gail Lukacs) and Dan (Jacki Amlin). Proud Opa of Jeffrey, Marisa and Nikole. Cherished brother-in-law to Theresia and Joe Miller, John Gerber and Rosemary Kfrerer. Predeceased by siblings Anna Fazekas, Marianne Gerber and Michael Kfrerer. Lorenz retired from Ford Motor Co after 30 years of service. In his retirement, he enjoyed family, friends and volunteering his time.

Visitation will take place at Kendrick Funeral Home (91 Division St S, Kingsville) on Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 1-5pm. A celebration of Lorenz’s life will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019 at First Lutheran Church at 11 am (27 Spruce St N, Kingsville). Burial will follow in Greenhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Southwestern Ontario Gleaners (www.swogleaners.ca)
