Lakeram (Mamoo Lake), age 80 years, died on March 16, 2022 at Erie Shores Healthcare, Leamington, ON. He was attended by his wife and daughter, Ruth at their home in Kingsville, Ontario.
Lakeram was born in Golden Grove, Guyana on October 10, 1941. He lived and worked in Guyana until he migrated to Canada in 2003.
Lakeram was married to Jean Latchman for 57 years. They have 5 children, Ruth, Esther, Anil (Monica), Rajesh (Devica) and Rakesh (Shanta), 10 grandchildren, Mandy, Kevin, Cindy, Alex, Anica, Nellie, Emily, Sophie, Stephanie and Tiffany and 3 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Kendrick Funeral Home - Kingsville Celebration Centre, 91 Division Street South, Kingsville, ON (519-733-4111) on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 10:30-12:30 until the time of the Funeral Service.
