Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family July 4, 2019 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Melton (1990). Loving Mom of Richard, Tom (Renee), and the late Carol (Bill Adams). Much loved Grandma of Richard (Linda), Sherry (Rob), Ryan (Dorothy), Jason (Kayln), Matthew (Jamie) and Katie. Great Grandma to Amanda, Colyn, Ashton, Michael (Desiree), Veronica, and Austin. Great Great Grandma of Piper and Jaiden June had much admiration for her grand-pup Kevin.
June was a Veteran serving in WWII with the Air Force. She was the secretary at Epworth United Church, Kingsville and a lifetime member of RCL Legion Br 188. June has served with many organizations over the years in Kingsville. A special Thank-you all the staff at South Gate Residence and Royal Oak Kingsville for the care, kindness and friendship that was given to June over the years.
Visitation will take place at Kendrick Funeral Home (91 Division St. S., Kingsville) on Sunday July 7, 2019 from 5-8 p.m., a Legion service will take place at 7:00pm. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday July 8, 2019 at Epworth United Church at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Greenhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Erie Shores Hospice or RCL Br. 188 Poppy Fund. Condolences received at www.Kendrickfuneralhome.com
