Obituary for Joey Kwasnycia - Kingsville Celebration Centre
Joey passed away suddenly on April 27, 2023, at the age of 65. By the Grace of God, family and friends surrounded him with love and prayers and Joey expressed how much he loved each person present.
Loving husband of Geralyn for 11 years.
Joey was born in Leamington, Ontario to Josephine and the late Joseph (1982) Kwasnycia.
He was the cherished brother to Linda (Jim) Riggs, Bill Kwasnycia (Sandy Percy), Karen (Clayton) Drouillard, Beth Ann (Henry) Meloche, the late Larry (Ruth) Kwasnycia (2021), and Steven and late (Cindy) Kwasnycia (2022).
He was blessed with amazing in laws, the late Gary Regnier (2015), Donna Jean (Bill) Bondy, Colleen (Ron) Blain, Bernice (Don) St. Denis, John Regnier, Darrel Regnier and Elaine (Phil) Danielson, that supported Joey and Geralyn throughout their life together.
Joey is also remembered by his many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends and especially his niece Vicki Lynn Bowden who was at his side at the time of his passing.
A special thanks to Christian Horizons and Community Living Essex County for supporting Joey and Geralyn over the years and helping them make decisions that were in their best interest.
Visitation will be held at Kendrick Funeral Home, Kingsville, on Thursday, May 4, 2023, from 6-8pm. A celebration of life will take place at the funeral home on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 11am. Burial to follow at Kingsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
