Born June 21, 1926 in Hungary and passed away May 26, 2019 in, Leamington, Ontario. Son of the late John and Mary Sutak. Dear husband of Mary Sutak. Loving father of Leslie (Sandra), and Richard (Nancy Harvey). Cherished grandfather of Timothy Ternosky (Amy Thiessen), Andrew Sutak, Jonathan Sutak (Rachel), and Jennifer Sutak. Great grandpa of Kailey and Stella. Loving brother of Margaret Nemeth and the late Peter. Predeceased by, sister in law Julia and Bill Haggith, and daughter in law Pauline Sutak.
John was a passionate farmer in Essex County for many years and repaired lawnmowers as a hobby. Even after retiring he still grew many vegetables to feed the neighbourhood.
Visitation will take place at Kendrick Funeral Home (91 Division St., S. Kingsville 519-733-4111) on Thursday May 30, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. John de Brebeuf Catholic Church (67 Main St. E Kingsville) at 10 am Friday May 31, 2019. Interment to follow at Greenhill Cemetery Kingsville. Donations in memory of John in lieu of flowers may be made to the St. John de Brebeuf, Building Fund.
