Obituary for Jennifer Dube - Kingsville Celebration Centre

"There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains."

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, wife, sister and auntie, Jennifer Lynne Dube, on August 3, 2021. She was able to be at home surrounded by the love of her family. Jen was known for her incredible enthusiasm and herculean work ethic. She was a passionate nurse who loved her job so much she never hesitated to put in extra work at Leamington Hospital (Erie Shores HealthCare). Jennifer’s innate selflessness also translated to her personal relationships where she had a remarkable influence on everyone she met. Her personality could fill a room and often did while spending time with friends, hosting game night, rooting for Detroit sports teams, and travelling. Jen loved supporting local shops and breweries and was a champion caliber gift-giver. Her lack of an indoor voice and infectious laugh will be dearly missed by all. Despite the challenges of the last 9 months Jen’s optimism and radiation of positive energy was inspiring to everyone around her.
Beloved daughter of Ted and Sue Dube. Wife and best friend of Nathan Breen. Loving sister of her twin, Nicole (Matt) Heather and brother Jonathan (Lauren) Dube. Jennifer loved to say she was the favourite aunt, known as Auntie Jen-Jen, to Claire and Theo. Adored by Gramma June (Clifford) and Grandma Anna (Harding). She also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and lifelong friends and especially her fur babies, Bandit and Wheezy.
A celebration of Jennifer's life will take place on Sunday, August 8th, 2021 at her parent’s home (1161 McCain Side Road, Kingsville, ON N9Y 2E4). A short service will begin at 11am with an open garden immediately thereafter (around 11:30) until 3pm. Come casually and brightly attired to remember Jennifer. Arrangements entrusted to Kendrick Funeral Home, Kingsville.
