Obituary for Inez Broadwell - Kingsville Celebration Centre
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Inez Marion Broadwell (nee Heaton) on February 9, 2023 at the age of 98.
Inez is predeceased by her loving husband Byron E. Broadwell (1979).
She is the cherished mother of Mary Ellen (Corry) Demeris, Nancy (Scott) Sheppard, the late Thomas(2019) (Liz) Broadwell, Benjamin (Sandy) Broadwell, Joel Broadwell, Beth Broadwell (Darren), and David (Jodi) Broadwell.
Loving Gramma to Jonathan (Leslie) Demeris, Sarah (Paul James) Peltier, Brian Ford, Hope (Jessica) Broadwell, Hailey Broadwell (Tyler Ryersee), Kristen Broadwell, and Katie Broadwell.
She is the proud great-gramma to Jaymi Peltier, Oliver and Liam Demeris, Benjamin and Maven Ryersee, and Charlie and Chase Friesen.
Inez was born in Kingsville to the late David and Mary Heaton.
She is predeceased by her siblings Esther Fondren, David Heaton, Forest Heaton, Isabelle Butler, Florence Chapman, Audrey Bailey, Arthur (Bud) Heaton, Fay Brown, and Ann Roszell.
She will also be missed by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Inez is a Grace Grad of 1946 and spent many years working as a nurse.
She was the Matriarch and the Glue that held the family together.
Memorial Visitation at Kendrick Funeral Home – Kingsville on February 13, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until time of Celebration of Life at 12:00p.m. Interment to follow at Greenhill Cemetery.
