REISZ, Gertrude Elizabeth.
69 years; passed away peacefully on May 31, 2020 surrounded by the caring staff of Chartwell Royal Oak LTC whom had taken wonderful care of Gertrude for the past 7 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Reisz (2003) and Elizabeth Reisz (nee Moritz) (2007). She will be lovingly remembered by the Gartner family, Barbara, Heather, Frank, & families. A special thank you to the staff, nurses, and doctors of Chartwell Royal Oak LTC that have had a hand in caring for Gertrude-we will always appreciate the care and love she was shown. Gertrude was very devoted member of the St. John de Brebeuf Parish and a proud CWL Member (The Catholic Women's League).
A private interment will take place at Greenhill Cemetery. A celebration of Gertrude’s life will take place at a later date, when we can all gather together.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the St. John de Brebeuf - CWL.
