Kok Elizabeth "Betsy"
April 17, 1923 - February 9, 2021
Predeceased by her husband Arie (May 29, 1993), and son Bert (January 2, 2003). Survived by her children, Lida (Ken) Berger, Johnny (Cindy) Kok, Eddy (Denise) Kok, Kitty (Doug) Kok, Mickey (Ron) Miller, and Ben (Sue) Kok.
Sadly, missed by her grandchildren, Troy (Joanne) McLean, Mike Kok, Ryan (Tiffany) Kok, Taylor Kok, Betsy (Ryan May) Berger, Justine (Ken) Parco. She will be missed by her loving niece, Lida Den Boer (Niel Bradt), great grandchildren Cameron & Sloane McLean, Nina Parco, Parker, and Walker Kok and Paige Kok.
Betsy came to Canada in 1952 with her husband Arie and their four children. They moved to Harrow and had 3 more children. Betsy decided to buy a store in Kingsville on Cedar Beach and called it " Kok Variety". She was continually active in the Catholic Women's League, The Friendly Club, and the Kingsville Horticultural Society. A private family service will take place at Kendrick Funeral Home - Kingsville. A celebration of life will take place later when we can all gather. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to CNIB, or Alzheimer's Society.
