Obituary for Chris LeClair - Kingsville Celebration Centre

Christopher Michael LeClair
April 26, 1982 - February 14, 2021
It Is with a heavy heart that I regretfully announce the peaceful passing of my dear son Christopher LeClair. He was surrounded by family and close friends. He leaves behind his precious daughter Brenya and his loving partner Angela Haettich, parents Gail and Late Richard, brothers Shawn, Kevin (Andrea), and Ryan, uncle to Gage and Delaney. Nephew to Randy (Lynn) Poisson, Gary Poisson, Lorre Magee (late Richard), and Cheryl Poisson, and many cousins. Predeceased by grandparents Alice and Ernie Poisson.
Best friend of Mike Slater and Craig DeLorenzi.
Thank you to all, for all your love and support, to my family and I. So many dear and close friends of Chris that were here, called and sent messages to him when he needed them most. Candles were lit with prayers and love, on that Sunday evening from here to B.C. and across to Texas. As many of you know, Kevin taught Chris the chords on his guitar at a very young age. He learned the theory in school, but for the most part he was a self-taught, amazing, and brilliant musician, who could play almost any instrument and taught many students. He shared his music with all who would listen. His music was his life and when he could not play any longer, it was time to say goodbye, he said his life was full.
Brenya has followed in her father's footsteps with his love of music, this Christmas she received her most loved guitar from Chris.
He was so proud of Brenya. In keeping with Chris' wishes, his ashes will be scattered in the places that he loved, by his family. Raise a glass in honour of Chris as we all celebrate our time and friendship with him.

Arrangements entrusted to Kendrick Funeral Home - Kingsville. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.Kendrickfuneralhome.com.
