Obituary for Barbara Jarrold - Kingsville Celebration Centre
Jarrold Barbara Helen,
Age 76 years, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2020, surrounded by love in her home. She was born March 11, 1944 to Anna and Thomas Tiffin. She married Fred Jarrold October 10, 1963, they celebrated 54 years of marriage before Fred’s passing October 2, 2018.
Barb had a passion for miniature schnauzers showing, and breeding and raising this breed for over 35 years.
Barb was happiest travelling across Canada in her 5th wheel, entering in dog shows to present her “Best In Show” companions. She was also a volunteer at Royal Canadian Legion #188, helping when needed. On August 31, 2002 Barb got to witness the birth of her first grandchild Parker and again March 13, 2005 with the birth of Annika. She devoted her world to them. She was the most caring and loving mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend.
Barb is predeceased by her brother Larry Tiffin and wife Connie of Belle River, she will be greatly missed by her son Todd Jarrold and wife Sherry and their children Michael, Rachel and Lancelot all of Windsor. Daughter Kimberly Hasson and husband David and their children Parker and Annika of Kingsville. Nephews Mark Tiffin of Belle River and Russell Tiffin of Toronto, Brother Ken Tiffin and wife Linda and their children Stacie and Tracey of Fredericton NB., brother Bob Tiffin and wife Donna and children Steven, Christina, Nicole and Alex all of Kitchener ON. Friends Arlene (Beanie) VanKampen, Rod McIntyre and predeceased by Ernie and Rita Mulryne.
A special thank you to all the nurses and doctors of WRH, Paramed, VON and Hospice. Barb’s care depended greatly in the sacrifices you make for our community.
